The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission has directed all Electricity Distribution Companies to provide clarity to all affected customers on the implementation of the April 2024 supplementary multi-year tariff order. This was contained in a press release signed by NERC management.
NERC directed all DisCos to immediately post the schedule of approved Band A feeders that have been affected by the rate review on their websites.
