Ticketmaster says personal information including customer names, contact information, and payment card information may have been compromised. The company says it’s working with outside experts as well as federal law enforcement. These measures include rotating passwords for all accounts associated with the affected cloud database, reviewing access permissions, and increased alerting mechanisms deployed in the environment.”Ticketmaster says it’s offering impacted customers free identity monitoring with Transunion for one year.NBC 5 Responds asked Ticketmaster how many customers are impacted. It didn’t answer our question. It did say impacted customers are being notified by email or first class mail.
