According to a press release issued by the Cape Breton Regional Police Service, officers were called to Inglis Jewelers at approximately noon on Wednesday, where staff had discovered two customers had stolen a piece of jewelry from a display case.Officers located two individuals matching the description of the suspects in the Prince Street area and observed a piece of jewelry matching the description of what was taken from the store.
The second man, a 45-year-old from Glace Bay, was found to be in breach of several conditions related to three previous release orders and will face those charges in Sydney provincial court on Thursday.
