Jeff Small

Co-CEO and president Small helped form Amblin Partners, the parent company of DreamWorks, together with Participant Media, Reliance, Entertainment One and a consortium of banks in December 2015. Currently, Small oversees Amblin’s key business operations, working closely with chairman and CEO Steven Spielberg.

He manages the finance, business and legal affairs, physical production, human resources, communications and administration arms as well as supervises Amblin’s distribution relationships. Small guided the relaunch of DreamWorks Studios following its departure from Paramount in 2009. He was at Revolution Studios for six years but began his career at Walt Disney Motion Picture Group, including several years at Universal Studios.
