How to retain workers and how to lure them back to the office are two questions that have left many employers scratching their heads over the past year.

About 71% of employees said their employer made changes to its workplace pet policies within the last year. Those sorts of changes can help employee retention and satisfaction, with about 86% of employees surveyed saying they would look forward to the office more if they can bring their pets.about the importance of thinking outside the box when it comes to return-to-work efforts.
