Baby2Baby, a national nonprofit led by co-CEOs Kelly Sawyer Patricof and Norah Weinstein, has distributed 150 millionto families in need since 2011, working with homeless shelters, domestic-violence and foster-care programs, and other organizations. In 2021, it developed its own diaper-manufacturing system to cut out middlemen and lower costs. “It has allowed us specifically to distribute an additional 35 million diapers since [2021],” says Weinstein.
