Google says it fired four employees this week over “clear and repeated violations” of its data-security policies. But critics of the company, including some of its own employees, see no coincidence in the firings, accusing the tech giant of attempting to “crush worker organizing;” all four employees were active in labor organizing. “Google retaliated against them,” employees in the Google Walkout For Real Change group wrote in a Medium post.
