Auto sales in the world's largest car market are down 9.7% for the first eight months of the year from the same period in 2019, according to official reports.

Not only are they ripping off the designs of other Japanese, US, or European cars, they are also ripping off the technology developed. Chinese cars are junk. They are free to sell them in China but don't let them export it to the world.
