Limpopo Premier Stanley Mathabatha is concerned about the non-compliance withThis comes as the number of coronavirus cases in South Africa has increased from 1 380 to 1 462.

He says they will be on the ground to enforce compliance by residents and retailers for the duration of the lockdown. Meanwhile, government has relaxed some lockdown regulations, such as the re-opening of spaza shops, including informal food traders. Night vigils are still not permitted. No more than 50 people are allowed to attend a funeral. This number excludes the undertakers.
