Some people are excited about the new indoors site, which would offer protection from rain and cold. Others, however, prefer the outdoor venue and are disappointed about the switch. Part of the delay in opening the new space is due to the need to set up a process to select vendors, perhaps on a rotation basis, and determine what could continue to be sold in the market. Large-sized items, for example, might be prohibited due to space constraints.
