- Whole Foods Market was sued on Monday by employees who accused the upscale grocery chain of punishing workers who wear “Black Lives Matter” face masks on the job.
Whole Foods said the masks violate its longstanding dress code banning clothing with “visible slogans, messages, logos or advertising” unrelated to the company. “Many companies are making enthusiastic statements about how they support Black Lives Matter and protests that have shaken up the country,” Shannon Liss-Riordan, a lawyer for the plaintiffs, said in an interview. “Whole Foods and Amazon have portrayed themselves as champions of racial justice, but when their employees try to speak out, they get muzzled.”
The plaintiffs come from four states, and several racial and ethnic backgrounds. More plaintiffs are expected.
And this is where BLM start to haemorrhage support from the moderates who probably make up the majority of the public - with stupid, ill-thought out attacks against a business that is simply trying to stay neutral. /1

I support BLM, but a company has the right to dictate a uniform policy. If that policy allows clothing with other slogans and they are excluding BLM, THEN it may be a problem.

Stay away from Wholefoods. Amazon ruins everything they touch. I will not purchase anything from any Amazon business anymore after Amazon deliberately violated my privacy by showing up at my home on a Sunday after being repeatedly told not to including no Sunday deliveries sign.
